Feelings of sorrow mixed with that of joy,

Unknown to us, Satan’s evil ploy.

Deep regrets and scars of pain,

A loveless life will drive you insane.

What to do or what to feel,

None of this ever seems real.

Unwanted memories still framed in my mind,

Untouched through good health and good times.

Rejection remains unforgotten nor forgiven,

Sears a wound common among men.

Relinquish the pain and relive the love,

Unlock the chains and free the dove.

Forgive and forget that’s the way it is…
